Service Tax?!

You know, sometimes I feel that it's useless to put service tax because, well the service is not that good and sometimes very bad. For example, earlier today me, my sis and brother were eating at Secret Recipe. Well, it's a franchise so the food and SERVICE should be good. So when we entered the shop the waitress said something that sounded like this "Welcomewouldyouliketakeoreathere" and since I didn't put any spaces in between those words she said it really fast so we couldn't understand. And when we ordered our food which was just three slices of cake they forgot the order and sent only two. That was weird because how can you just forget three orders and not even ask again whether they forgot anything. It's just weird and there was something cold about them the not friendly but trying to act friendly look. You know, and we paid RM22.45 cents including goverment tax and service tax. Well just telling in case you told your family "Let's eat at Secret Recipe today". I'm not refering to all the other Secret Recipe shops but just this particular one. Well, that's all.
